Professional Global Change Management (m/f/d)

Your central role

• Design and drive global initiatives Global development, steering and implementation of project-related initiatives – in close collaboration with local stakeholders and communities worldwide.
• Lead strategic change projects Project lead for global HR initiatives as part of strategic ambitions, including coordination and implementation of all relevant project management processes.
• Shape our global employee engagement approach Further development of the global employee engagement survey in close alignment with Munich Re and local stakeholders
• Advise top management on cultural transformation Advising and supporting board members and executives on cultural transformation topics and change communication.
• Manage external partners Selecting, briefing and coordinating external providers for the design and implementation of global HR measures.
• Stakeholder & interface management Active stakeholder management with all relevant interface units (HR, Communications, Strategy, etc.) to ensure alignment and impact.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in economics, social sciences, psychology or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources, organisational development or change management.
• Several years of experience in organisational and management development, change management or another strategy-supporting function.
• A goal- and result-oriented working style, combined with strong budget awareness and a high degree of independence in collaborating with project stakeholders and executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong methodological know-how in change management and organisational development, and solid project management competencies.
• Intercultural mindset and experience, ideally through an extended stay abroad or work in international teams.
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); German and additional languages are a plus.
• You enjoy working in complex, international environments, building relationships and driving topics proactively.
